Terms of Service

Last updated August 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of GritOS, a personal productivity service operated by Rocket Republic. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

GritOS is a planning system: identity statements, goals, habits, time blocks with documents and boards, and a daily plan. Documents are stored in your own Google Drive; connecting a Google account is required for document features to work.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16 to use GritOS.

Billing

Your content

Everything you create in GritOS is yours. We claim no ownership and take only the license needed to store and display it back to you — that is the entire use. Documents live in your Google Drive and remain yours even if you stop using GritOS.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access other people’s data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use GritOS for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Service changes and availability

GritOS is provided “as is.” We work to keep it fast and available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; if we ever discontinue the service we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice, and your documents are already in your own Drive.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Rocket Republic’s total liability for any claim related to GritOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
