Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Grit for Glory, a personal planning service operated by Rocket Republic. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Grit for Glory is a planning system: identity statements, goals, habits, time blocks and a daily plan. It is free to use. Connecting a Google account is optional and only brings your Google Calendar events into your plan.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16 to use Grit for Glory.

By creating an account you agree that we may send you occasional news and announcements by email. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your account.

Your content

Everything you create in Grit for Glory is yours. We claim no ownership and take only the license needed to store and display it back to you — that is the entire use.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access other people’s data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use Grit for Glory for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Service changes and availability

Grit for Glory is provided “as is.” We work to keep it fast and available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; if we ever discontinue the service we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Rocket Republic’s total liability for any claim related to Grit for Glory is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
